HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

CANCELLATION

To cancel your appointment, please give us 48 hours notice so we can fill that time. To cancel your appointment please email us at divine@divinemedispa.ca. Please do not phone and leave a message during non working hours.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you are late for your appointment you may not be able to get your full treatment if other clients are waiting.

15 minutes past your booked appointment time will be considered a No Show.
